Zech 2:4–6

2:4
and said to him, “Hurry, speak to this young man as follows: ‘Jerusalem
will no longer be enclosed by walls because of the multitude of people and
animals there.
5
But I,’ the Lord says, ‘will be a wall of fire surrounding Jerusalem and
the source of glory in her midst.’”
6
“You there! Flee from the northland!” says the Lord, “for like the four
winds of heaven I have scattered you,” says the Lord.

One thought:

Most people could stare at a campfire for a long time. We will look on in wonder at the glory of God forever.

Three questions:

Can you think of a correlation to verse 6 in the New Testament (hint: Revelation 21)

Do you see God as glorious?

Look at the sun today and marvel at God’s glory.

Prayer:

Praise God that He is more glorious than a thousand suns and a million campfires. Give thanks that you can see His glory and know it. Ask God to help you + others marvel at God and His work in Christ.
