Matthew 5:31–32

31 “It has been said, ‘Anyone who divorces his wife must give her a certificate of divorce.’ 32 But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, makes her the victim of adultery, and anyone who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

Pray for married couples in your church.

 

Prayer:

Praise God that He has given us marriage to remind us of Jesus great love for His people. Give thanks that though we have comitted adultery against God, He remained faithful and forgave us. Ask God to help married couples to honor God in their marriages.
