so, to the contrary, I have planned in these days to do good to Jerusalem
and Judah—do not fear!

These are the things you must do: Speak the truth, each of you, to one
another. Practice true and righteous judgment in your courts.

Do not plan evil in your hearts against one another. Do not favour a false
oath—these are all things that I hate,’ says the Lord.”

Why does God want His people to practice these things do you think?

How are you going at reflecting God’s character to others?

 

How could you speak truth today? What could that look like?

 

Prayer:

Praise God that He is the God of truth, justice and righteousness. Give thanks that by God’s grace, you have been changed to be able to reflect His goodness. Ask God to help you + someone else speak the truth and show God to others.
