Church on New Years Eve This Sunday on New Years Eve we’ll be having a single combined gathering at 4pm. A chance to thank God for the year that has been and an opportunity to pray for the year ahead of us. Salt Kids will be on as usual – and kids can come wearing “crazy dress” for a bit of fun, too! The King is born! Join us at Salt Church as we celebrate the joy of Christmas. Everyone is welcome! Christmas Eve (Sunday Dec 24th) – 4pm (with kids activities) & 6pm Christmas Day (Monday Dec 25th) – 9am Our Christmas gatherings will be shorter than usual. There’ll be a kids program at our 4pm gathering on Christmas Eve with kids coming in at the end to sing Christmas carols with us. The Christmas Markets are a free event we’re hosting in our community space at 275 Keira Street in Wollongong on December 2nd. Showcasing a range of stalls along with skill-sharing workshops, family activities, a coffee cart and gourmet food stalls, there will be something for everyone. We’re also thrilled to be supporting Forever Projects – a phenomenal local charity using what’s in their hands to bring positive change to families in Tanzania. At Salt Church we’re praying to see thousands and thousands of people come to know real hope in Jesus and grow in their love for him. That is a big prayer and we know that its only God who is able to make it possible. As Salt Church grows its easy for all of us serving at Salt Church to only see what’s right in front of us in the team we’re serving in and not see or hear much about the big picture.
