Proverbs 2:1-2

 

2 My son, if you accept my words
and store up my commands within you,
2 turning your ear to wisdom
and applying your heart to understanding—

 

 

One thought:

The pursuit of wisdom is a choice. We can become wiser, just as we can choose to pursue foolishness.

 

 

Three questions:

What does it look like to choose wisdom?

 

Do you secretly love foolishness sometimes?

 

Store up God’s commands by memorising a proverb (1:7 is a good one)

 

Prayer:

Praise God that by grace He offers us wisdom and knowledge. Give thanks that we have His words to us that let us know the path of righteousness. Ask God to help you + someone else store up His commands.
