Phil 4:8–9

4:8
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of
respect, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever
is commendable, if something is excellent or praiseworthy, think about
these things.
9
And what you learned and received and heard and saw in me, do these
things. And the God of peace will be with you.

One thought:

In the age of distraction – to spend a few minutes a day reflecting on God’s truths would be a blessing of great value.

Three questions:

What would God want us to be thinking about more?

Do you want to think about God’s truths more?

Move your apps around so that a Bible or prayer app is where your most distracting app (instagram/FB etc.) was.

Prayer:

Give thanks that God’s truths are good and worthy of good reflection.

Ask God to help you and others to desire knowing His truths more.

Ask God to help you spend time reflecting on the knowledge of the truth that is the gospel.
