Matthew 5:46–48

 

46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? 48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

Why does God want us to be perfect?

 

Do you desire to be holy like God?

 

How could you be more perfect this week? What would that look like?

 

Prayer:

Praise God that He is perfect. Give thanks that in Jesus we have a model of perfection and that in Him God sees us as perfect. Ask God to help you + someone else become more like Jesus with the help of the Spirit.
